200,000 race fans in 4 days


In 2014, the Long Beach Grand Prix organization reached out to Box of Cheese and asked us to help come up with a solution to provide souvenir takeaways for some of the dedicated race fans. With a plan to be strategically placed in their coveted hospitality suites, Box of Cheese was in for the challenge. With long-hours, and high-traffic,over the course of 4-days, and multiple photo stations situated around the track, we were able to complete the mission flawlessly. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of representing brands such as Korbel, Tudor, Bubba Gump, Simpson, Toyota, and Acura in the various hospitality suites. Because of the success, Box of Cheese has been the official provider of photo stations for the Grand Prix ever since (until the pandemic of 2020).

Some of the services provided over the years were: On-The-Go, Greenscreen, Selfie Kiosks, 3D TimeFreeze, Winner’s Podium, Curv3D, and Looking Glass. Downtown Long Beach - Long Beach, CA

HOSPITALITY SUITEs

With sweeping views of the Queen Mary and the racetrack, the rooftop VISTA Hospitality Suite is one of the most picturesque of the entire Grand Prix. With limited seating, and exclusivity only for certain race fans, not everyone gets the privilege to get their souvenir photos from this photo station.
